Tehran, Mar 18 (V7N) – Iran has confirmed the death of National Security Advisor Ali Larijani in an Israeli airstrike, while attention has also turned to the final letter he wrote before his death.
According to reports, Larijani was killed on Tuesday night local time. Before his death, he wrote a letter addressed to the martyrs who had sacrificed their lives while serving the country.

“I ask Almighty Allah to grant the martyrs high honor and a good reward. They were brave, responsible, and selfless, sacrificing their lives to protect the security and ideals of the country. Their sacrifice will inspire the nation, and future generations will follow their path,” Larijani wrote.
He also expressed condolences to the families of the martyrs, noting that “this loss cannot be compensated, but their sacrifice will not be in vain.”
