Islamabad, Feb 06 (V7N)- The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that 24 terrorists were killed in two separate intelligence-led operations in Pakistan’s northwestern province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the ISPR statement issued on Friday, 14 terrorists were killed in Orakzai district and 10 others in Khyber district during operations conducted on February 4 and 5. The operations targeted members of the Indian-backed Fitna al-Khawarij, also known as Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), based on actionable intelligence.
The operations were reportedly approved under the National Action Plan by the Supreme Committee of Azam Istiqama, aiming to eliminate foreign terrorist elements in Pakistan.
