Mumbai, July 19, (V7N) – Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was injured while shooting an action scene for his upcoming movie King at Golden Tobacco Studio in Mumbai. Following the accident, he was urgently sent to the United States for medical treatment, according to The Times of India.
Sources revealed that the injury is not serious, with Shah Rukh Khan suffering a muscle strain. The actor had previously experienced muscle injuries while performing various stunts.
On doctors’ advice, Shah Rukh is currently resting and has paused all work for about a month. It is expected that he will resume shooting for the next schedule of King by September or October.
