Rajshahi, Feb 5, (V7N) – The 11-party alliance staged an election rally Monday in Pakri Union of Godagari Upazila, Rajshahi, as part of its campaign push ahead of national polls.

Jamaat-e-Islami’s central Nayeb-e-Ameer Professor Mujibur Rahman attended as chief guest, while National Citizens Party (NCP) Rajshahi Metropolitan Member Secretary Md. Atiqur Rahman spoke as a special guest. Jamaat’s Rajshahi District Amir Abdul Khalek and other local leaders also joined.

Addressing supporters, Mujibur Rahman said the alliance seeks to build a state based on justice and fairness, urging voters to back its candidates. NCP’s Atiqur Rahman alleged that syndicates involving fertilizer dealers, drugs, and ponds were active in the area, pledging swift action against them if the alliance comes to power.

The rally concluded with leaders announcing plans to intensify election campaigning in the coming days.
