Dhaka, Aug 29 (V7N) – Chief Election Commissioner AMM Nasir Uddin has called on election officials to maintain professionalism and impartiality in the upcoming 13th National Parliament Election. He made the remarks on Friday while inaugurating a two-day core training workshop on the election.

The CEC highlighted that the law and order situation remains the biggest challenge for the Commission and emphasized the need to address emerging challenges proactively.

Election Commissioner Anwarul Islam Sarkar described the upcoming election as the “riskiest in the history of Bangladesh,” urging the Election Commission and all involved officials to remain vigilant.

Election Commissioner Abul Fazal Md. Sanaullah noted that the number of voters may be higher than expected and that expatriates are eagerly awaiting their opportunity to cast their votes.
