Ankara, June 17 (V7N) — Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has strongly warned that Israel’s escalating actions are now threatening its very existence. He also issued a stern message that no further illegal actions by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will be tolerated.

Erdogan delivered the warning during a meeting of the Turkish cabinet on Monday (June 16), while condemning Israel’s recent missile attacks on Iran.

Accusing Israel of destabilizing the region, Erdogan said, “Through its reckless aggression, Israel is not only threatening the security of the Middle East but also jeopardizing its own future.”

The Turkish president’s remarks come amid a sharp escalation of conflict between Iran and Israel. Since Friday, 24 Israelis have been killed in Iranian attacks, while more than 250 people in Iran have died in retaliatory Israeli strikes, including heavy bombardments on Tehran and Isfahan.

Turkey has repeatedly criticized Israel’s military operations in the region, calling for restraint and renewed diplomatic efforts to de-escalate tensions.
